Following our fantastic win at the North East Apprenticeship Awards earlier this year, director Tony Pearce was invited to attend the final round of the CITB Apprenticeship Employer of the Year Awards 2018 in London this week on behalf of McCarrick Construction. Tony himself started work here as an apprentice 39 years ago and since then has overseen many of the apprentices starting their careers here. The company was delighted to receive a Highly Commended certificate, recognising our ongoing focus on apprenticeships as the most effective recruitment and employee retention strategy available within our industry.
