We were delighted to hand over this freshened up office facility to our client Smulders Projects UK last week. The building, comprising 14 offices within their wind farm construction complex at the former shipyards in Wallsend, which were in need of full strip out and refurb. We also renovated their staff canteen, the kitchen, two restrooms and all communal areas. Our Site Manager Stuart McDonald completed on time within 10 weeks and went over and above the spec to ensure our client was more than satisfied – leaving a clean, bright, blank slate for the team at Smulders to personalise to suit their needs. We’ve since been instructed to carry out further works for the client. Well done Stu and team.
