Working towards better mental health in construction

This week, McCarrick Construction has signed the Building Mental Health Charter. Among other activities, we pledge to provide facilitated workshops, with the aims of reducing the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health issues and encouraging openness about mental health in the workplace. Our first Building Mental Health Toolbox Talk takes place this week and a two Mental Health First Aiders will soon be trained up who will help our workforce to look after both their own mental health and that of those around them. #buildingmentalhealth #lighthouseclub
